Inspector of airtightness measurements, ventilation reporting and site control post-insulation - Flanders

Your role:

If you have a strong interest and experience in quality control of building applications and quality assurance during construction, we can offer you an exciting and versatile position, in which you will

• carry out quality control through inspections on the construction site;
• have the opportunity for continuous knowledge building in the domain;
• be acquainted with new developments in the construction sector;
• have contacts with various construction companies of large and small size;
• work in Flanders.

Your profile

• You have a (construction) technical education (eg architect, bachelor in engineering, ...) or have equivalent knowledge gained through experience;
• You have a thorough knowledge of energy efficient building techniques or you want to acquire this quickly;
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and have good language skills;
• You are able to adopt a completely impartial attitude;
• You are prepared to work according to essential rules in an autonomous team;
• You pay the necessary attention to correct documentation of your activities.
